Responsibilities:

- Crafting marketing materials. Develop designs and set copywriting for social media, advertisements, and landing pages that align with the company’s objectives.

- Collaborating with marketing team. Work with marketers, and project managers to ensure cohesive designs.

- Creating moodboard and mockups. Use moodboard and mockups to present the concepts based on the program

- Adapting designs for digital and print. Modify visuals to suit specific formats, such as landing page, notes or print materials.

- Reviewing and refining designs. Incorporate feedback to enhance visual quality and ensure alignment with project goals.

- Researching design trends. Stay updated on industry trends and integrate innovative ideas into projects.

- Managing time effectively. Balance multiple projects while maintaining high-quality outputs and meeting deadlines.

- Schedule social media posting. Maintain multiple FB, Youtube & XHS page organic posting based on program schedule.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or higher in Education, relevant subject area, or related field preferred, High school fresh Graduates are welcomed

At least 1 year design industrial experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with internal stakeholders

Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
